Willi Wader
Blast Furnace Tap Hole Drilling Tools
"The costs of opening a tap hole with Wader patented tools will be significantly less than with drilling tools of other suppliers." That's the claim of Willi Wader and when you use these tap hole drilling tools we're sure you'll agree. "Copy Cat" tools of poor quality will undoubtedly result in poor performance. 
The range of drilling tools includes:
- Drill Rods with rope threads, wedge connections & different slots upon request.
- Hammer shafts.
- Range of rod adaptors.
- Various drill bits including, turbo button, rapid & razor, tungsten, milling cutters & high speed.
- Soaking bars & water mist adaptors.
- Clay gun nozzles.
As it is very difficult to project the adequacy of a particular type of drill bit for each individual blast furnace we recommend that you conduct extensive trials with the range before you decide on tools for your operation.

Weinhold Hose & Pipe Fitting
Founded in 1953, Weinhold develops fittings for hoses and pipes that do not require any
tools or hose bindings for their attachment.
Gas, Compressed air, water & steam are all serviced by Weinhold fittings. Clients include mining, petrochemical and construction industries.
Product Features
The WE-ER® hose fittings, once mounted, will not move again. The entire unit is firm on the pipe system or device, presenting a significant safety factor in comparison to other coupling systems: Even if the connection tears or comes undone suddenly, no injuries will be caused by any iron parts stuck on the hoses.
The WE-ER® connection system deliberately does without front-end seals which, subjected to friction, frequently cause leaks. In case of the WE-ER® hose fittings the hose itself functions as a seal; clamped correctly, tight between the inner parts as well as upper and lower parts of the coupling, a leak-proof fit is guaranteed. The spring tension has been calculated to prevent the coupling from re-opening, once the tension lever has been engaged.
Easy and quick assembly and operation of the WE-ER® hose fittings, perfect leak-proof connections that avoid costly losses of compressed air leads to significant savings in time, labour and cost.
